Roles & Responsibilities
As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for building relationships with candidates and growing & developing a client base for the firm. You will both manage existing company accounts and generate new clients. You will originate and deliver executive recruitment assignments to your client base. Furthermore, you may take a role mentoring junior team members. As part of your new role you will also actively seek to develop clients for the broader business and generate leads and referrals for your colleagues across teams.
The ideal candidate should have at least 6 to 10 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Candidates with prior experience from recruitment agencies, in house or RPO teams will all be preferred.
