Roles & Responsibilities
The staff shall be responsible for all aspects of the Accounts and Administrative
duties within the office.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
1) Provide support to the Managers and Supervisors by getting quotations from
suppliers, preparing quotations and invoices to customers.
2) Provide support to Managers to prepare daily Accounts and Bookkeeping duties.
3) Process delivery orders and closing of completed jobs for month-end financial
4) Issue purchase requisitions / purchasing orders, and coordinating with
vendors, if required.
5) Perform general administrative duties (e.g. filing, documentation, ERP data entry)
and all other duties assigned on an ad-hoc basis.
